just out of curiosity, how much money would you say you spend a month on your diet ?

I'm not really sure how much I spend (it varies), but it's really not much compared to others.

Whole wheat pasta, brown rice, eggs, oatmeal, are all cheap and a large portion of my diet.

Fish
chicken
Beef
lamb and buffalo when I can afford it...
omega 3 eggs
Different cooking oils
Like 60 or 70 bucks a week
