People get chest training all twisted.
There is no upper, lower or middle chest. There is the pectoralis major and the pectoralis minor…and they aren’t split horizontally.
While different angles may stress different fibers and assistance muscles, your genetics more than anything determine the shape of your chest.
So if you want a big chest, train the heck out of it and do it for years.
