I have to agree, if you are above 10% Body Fat, you need to cut.
I see so many Guys wanting to Bulk 1st ~ and they are already above 15%.

Personally, if I'm only seeing a 4 Pack, and not my usual 6, it's Cut time.

A good guide. How do you calculate the 10% anyways?

The best way is with a DEXA Scan, but that can be expensive.

I use a Body Fat Scale and a Pair of Calipers, and split the difference.
As the Scale always seems to be a bit high, and the Calipers a little low.

There's a couple of good Video's on YouTube showing the method of using the Calipers.
There's a few methods, from using 3 places, to using 7 places.
The Calipers range in price from around $2, to a little over $13, I use the Accu-Measure ones.
If done correctly, you get a pretty good idea where you are at.
