IBF light heavyweight eliminator - Meng Fanlong vs. Adam Deines

Undefeated Meng Fanlong will meet German Adam Deines on June 1 for the IBF light heavyweight eliminator at Macau. Both fighters are southpaw and undefeated with Fanlong having 14 wins and 9 KOs while Deines has 17 wins, 1 draw and 8 KOs. The winner will face the IBF light heavyweight champion Artur Beterbiev.

Chinese boxer Fanlong Meng was dropped in the 8th round but was able to recover beautifully to show his dominance over Deines. He go the nod of the judges with scores of 117-109, 116-110 and 115-111 for a unanimous decision. Meng remains undefeated with a record of 15-0 and 9 KOs while Deines suffered his first defeat with a record of 17-1-1 and 8 KOs.
