There were no knockdowns but the exchange of punches was worth watching 2 little men fighting in the ring. In the end, American Carlos Licona emerged victorious with a split decision victory on the strength of 115-113 from 2 judges while the 3rd judge had the same score for Filipino Mark Anthony Barriga. The title fight for the IBF minimumweight was the preliminary bout for the Wilder-Fury encounter at the Staples Center in LA.
