precook healthy meals like chicken, green veggies and brown rice or lean steak and yams. Ground turkey breast with onions on brown rice is tasty to. I precook my meat and veggies for 2-3 days in advance. I try to cook my rice daily. Oats are a solid carb choice as well. Its easy you just gotta plan stay away from sauces and shit depending on your goals.... ketchup has alot of sugar. If anything i would use low sodium soy sauce, hot pepper sauce or some light italian/vinagrette.
