Iron Sport Gym is having its 2009 Strength Fest to celebrate the gym's 10 anniversary!
It's also a benefit to support the Philadelphia Police Survivors' Fund!
Iron Sport is located in Glenolden, a suburb of Philadelphia about 15 minutes from center city. I'm going to be creating a video montage of the event which will include several strongman (and strongwoman!) competitions. If you are in the area stop by and introduce yourself. I'd love to meet you in person and maybe you can help with the video!!
