And time travel, cryptozoology, paranormal, extraterrestrial life and world mysteries will be my main concerns.

Instead of Bodyguards, i want an army of trained Silverbacks.
In fact, Apes and monkeys will be reconized as equals!

Plus!
If you have a beef with someone, it will be settled in Mortal Kombat(real-life).
I want a replica roman coliseum built, where the deathmatches will be held.
You choose your attire, your weapons and you go out and let fate decide who is right.

And one last thing...
I want groupies! goth, female, young, green-eyes.
That is all!

The idea is more so, "what laws would you make/change".... nobody is claiming that the President is able to make/remove any law he wants.
