dude that really doesn't say anything at all. at the end it even mentions that it is HIGHLY unlikely that they'll test for steroids. they did this some years ago when they did random testing for diuretics (hence they can say they're "testing" the athletes, but what there testing for isn't very relevant). the IFBB isn't going to test for roids, they would be shooting themselves in the foot, bodybuilding would go bankrupt
