These past few months has also been a difficult time with his mother Hospitalized!

Troy was very sad today!
Cause: Lost his training partner this week!
He told me that plans to participate in the 2011 Phoenix Pro, August 27

Thats a very good point you rais... I remembr when they first introduced Masters O.... Lou Ferrogno went into the show with "undyed hair" and greatly lighter that only a year before when he competed in regular Olympia!..... Anyways that did not make any sence and he got his ass wooped by Robby lets see what happens to Troy. You are right though he "suddenly" looks old now!

Yeah, i beleive he isnt working with Charles Glass anymore which would explain a lot considering he lost a lot of mass since doing those waste of time exercises.
