hey guys i wanted to know if you know of ne diets that meet these requirements nd if so please post because i am in need of .........
bulking diet for a extreme ectomorph 18 yrs old for whatever help that is. For a 160 lb BW that is doin weight training for 3-4 times a week 1 hr each with my cardio being two days a week playing soccer for 2 hrs 30 minutes total (1 game 1 practice).. also my goals are achiving overall mass and with a stress on strength not so much definition because i have almost no body fat on me... dont get me wrong i have been weight lifting for a while nd i started at about 130lbs so im not just posting as a new person in the scene.... thank you for reading the thread .. looking foward to your postings
