Would M1T and Anavar be good for a first timer?
Or just Anavar?

Well first of all what are you trying to do cause anavar will lean you out. what are your stats and goals from this stack.

I'm trying to get lean mass or a bit of mass.
No more than 10lbs.

M1t by itself is what I would run. Its nice clean gains but I know a lot of guys that hated the sides from it. I enjoyed it but it made my gyno flare up. I wouldn't run it again but if gyno isn't a problem for you then you could run it.

I would personally run anavar because its lo androgenic side effects. Gyno is a bitch and if you get it and it doesnt go away then you may have to surgery. But usually that amount er comes up after a several cycles.

You should have something on hand for the gyno. Like Letro or Aromasin.

^^ Depends on how serious the Gyno is. I'd start with Nolva then work to..a-dex..then lethro/Aroma...lethro and aroma are both STRONG AI's and can hinder gains and sex drive.
