that tear drop looks really funny and a bit too full.. im not saying its synthol but i wouldn't rule it out.. you can see the difference between the left and the right, i know the angle of the picture also makes a difference but those look a bit too puffy.. and in all honesty those quads are not really all that impressive compared to some women out there..
