This video takes you inside one of the most advanced training and recovery facilities in the United States, Revolution Health and Fitness, just outside Chicago. What starts as a simple pull workout quickly turns into a full tour of what the gym of the future looks like.

Mike Sommerfeld arrives fresh off guest posing and uses the session to train back while showing how serious recovery supports hard training. Before lifting even begins, the gym’s focus becomes clear. Recovery is treated with the same importance as training itself.

The tour covers infrared yoga studios, oxygen-assisted trampoline cardio, plasma ion recovery rooms, theta brain chambers, hyperbaric oxygen beds, IV therapy, peptides like BPC-157, red light therapy, cold plunge and infrared sauna suites, massage, lymphatic drainage, brain mapping, and full body composition testing. Every detail is built around faster recovery, reduced inflammation, and better performance.

Once on the gym floor, Mike gets to work. The pull workout starts with pullovers, then rows, then pulldowns to hit every part of the back. Coaching cues focus on control, tension, partial reps at failure, and keeping traps out of the movement. He explains how judges see the physique on stage and why positioning and angles matter just as much as muscle size.

The session finishes with rear delts, arms, and light chest work before wrapping up with a reminder that Arnold Classic prep is officially underway. The video blends serious training, next-level recovery tech, and real behind-the-scenes bodybuilding insight, making it both educational and easy to watch for anyone interested in modern bodybuilding preparation.
