It is a great vid isnt it.. had a buddy send it to me. Its not just about bodybuilding, its about accomplishing health goals you never thought possible. Bodybuilding has a bad rep, it really is up to men and women like us to shed a positive light on it.

Wow truly inspiring! Great progress and I like stories of overcoming obstacles to achieve a goal. Shows that no one has an excuse, we all can better ourselves and take care of ourselves if we wanted.
