just turned 20 in January, 5'9.5 maybe 5'10. just hit 180 around 12- 14% BF. I was 165 in the avatar last year in August.

Correct, just learning. I highly doubt that I would ever consider using Insulin. No plans of ever competing, just not for me.Similar threads
