squat - felt pretty good today so i decided to go for some heavy singles.

one legged leg press:
2 plates - 1 x 10
3 plates - 1 x 10
3 plates and one 10kg plate (each side) - 3 x 10

leg extension:
60kg - 1 x 12
75kg - 2 x 10
65kg - 1 x 12

leg curl:
30kg - 2 x 15
40kg - 2 x 12

SLDL with dbs:
26kg - 1 x 10
28kg - 1 x 10
30kg - 1 x 10
32kg - 1 x 10

good session today. i ordered some supps from a british website (predatornutrition.com) and they added some free samples. some stuff to take before and during workout. so i tryed it out and that was some good shit. i had alot of energy and drive throughout the workout. i allways thougt this sort of stuff was a waste of money but after today i might just order some:headbang:

"intrabolic" by athletic edge nutrition, and two caps that just came in a plastic bag, they just called it pre-workout stack, looked like some matrix red pill blue pill stuff.
one contained Geranamine and the other Phenylethylamine.

epic shoulder pressing and bb shrugs mate. do u have no neck syndrome?:D with those shrugs it wouldnt surprise me:p bicep work looks solid as well, heavy db curls.

are we gonna get to see some pics one of these days?

most gyms in Norway are not hardcore at all and are more like fitness centers. but there are some gyms that are good.
bodybuilding isnt that big in Norway, and the level isnt that high. there are some big guys here an there but no one thats even close to an international level imo. but the strongman and powerlifting community is very good and there are some very good athletes. strenght related sports have a much better tradition in Norway than bodybuilding.

Xiva:
yes, sadly thats as high as they go. we have some db that you can put weights on the side and those can be made very heavy, but i dont like those and i would have to have someone to help me get them up.

Bulky:
dont feel like putting any pics up atm because my bf% is a bit high, but i'll go through a litte cutting fase for a few weeks now and not focus so much on strenght, so maybe in a month or two there will be some pics up.
