Bodybuilding is not meant to be healthy. It’s purpose is to build a pleasing male physique using any means possible. Not that I’m saying bodybuilders are foolish, that’s just what they want to do. Ambition is important. If having near perfect health is your obsession bodybuilding isn’t it. Go cover the 5 components of fitness, eat light, stay off bad compounds, don’t do drugs, smoking, drinking, regulate your stress levels, hang out with good positive friends, keep your home clean, just basic parts of living to avoid as much damages to your health as possible is the way for health.
