I don't think it's replacing fitness, but it's definitely creating a false sense of "effortless progress." A lot of people are dealing with major side effects already

That’s true but there are side effects to being extremely obese too. For some people I think it’s a life saver.

I dont think they are making fitness obsolete, it is just helping people who have trouble controlling their food intake and is helping them keep the weight off. They likely hasven't been too interested in building muscles or cardio.

Some people need help losing weight but Ozempic is not fitness.
