so there is my workout plan i want to start will it be good to go? for mass and to build muscle thank you! so i want to also my muscles recovery good so please let me know thanks!
there is the workout plan 5 days a week :
Monday & Friday - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Tuesday - Legs, Calves
Wednesday & Sunday - Back, Biceps
and 4 sets 8-12 reps always
