Coffee+dextrose+whey (chocolate or vanilla, whatever) + creatine

It tastes good and it's nowhere near as gay as a Starbucks mocha-frap.

Would the temperature of hot coffee affect the composition of some of those components that you ad to the coffee?

This needs to be the caption for a picture of huge bber or power lifter drinking their shake next to one of those guys who spikes their hair and tans really dark drinking a starbucks.
