The GIANT Episode!
Jamie the Giant, Justin Shier
Bit of a GIANT episode this week with a NEW segment that proved extremely popular in past Global Muscle's.
First up we have the 6'5" new 340lb form of super-huge open pro Jamie Christian who tells us about his recent team-up with Vegas based Supercoach Milos Sarcev & the GIANT results that has already started to happen.
Then we had new NPC Nationals Heavyweight Champ Justin Shiers giving us his backstory from starting competing in 2019, to only two years later turning pro.
We headed to the Giant's Lair to see Jamie the Giant hitting chest in a savage new 'Milos Style' training method.
And, of course, the week's Hottest Industry news from our very own Giles 'Tiger' Thomas.
