Better color and lighting in 2009. Bigger back in 2010, legs look thicker from the back. I'd give it to 2009 because of the better conditioning, but if the color and lighting was the same in 2010 he would look better I think.

09 easily, his chest was so much better in 09 and he was fuller with the same or better conditioning.

Obviously Jay went for mass this year and conditioning last year. I perfer a more streamlined Jay so I choosed 09 with that in mind.

Back was a tad smaller in width in 2010 but was way thicker than in 2009.

2009 was better due to dryness and conditioning

The main problem with Jay's lef is that it seems his outter head of the quad in his left leg "starts" closer to his hips than the quad in his right leg. Size difference is not as noticeable as in the past.

TKD i see your picture, he looks great there, but in the other 12 pics i see barely no improvements.
Anyways, i admire jay's determination and so, but i think his 2 hours daily? in the therapy masagist with all the $$$ spent, and all the advertisements in MD videos with all the hype about "jay new legs" are too much for that "little improvements" (if any at all)
