Jay's house is awesome, Kerry and him did an amazing job at decorating each room. Being at his house allows me to realize that making money in this industry is possible which is why I bought a new house myself (makes 3 now). I love his cars, as I am jealous that he gets all the good weather to drive such whips. Wait til' you see the new pool he installed last year, its definitely MTV-Cribs worthy. I just wish they [mtv] would do a cribs special with Jay. Imma try to get on there someday, just have to win the ASC and Mr. O.

I have no plans on getting into Real Estate, although I do have some properties already. I do plan on some commercial real estate, to open up some businesses that I've had in mind for awhile. I'll post pics of the new house soon on Flexonline.com.
