Good exercices, but I don't get the purpose of doing those clean and jerks for bodybuilding...

^^ Great for your back, shoulders, traps and legs.

Plus it can make you a bit more athletic so it will help with gaining muscle. Of course I'd guess he does them for power and strength for "wrestling".

He is now in an alotogether different sport... albeit fake the actual stuff that takes place in the wrestling ring is physically pretty damn demanding!!! You cant expect him to lift weights like BBers or Power Lifters and do what his job requires oof him in the ring!

Sooo complete respect for John Cena... except for the stupid coment re steroid use!
