I think John Stossel explains perfectly the libertarian view on the topic of the Civil Rights Act.

The Civil Rights Act has been in the news recently due to Rand Paul making "controversial" remarks. People have been coming down hard on Rand, calling him a racist and such. The harsh reality is, people simply don't understand libertarian philosophy.

Very true, libertarians like Paul need to do a better job explaining their philosophy. I feel for him though, this has been blown way out of proportion.
