Everyone we have seen so far looks flat, with the carb and water depletion. Looking forward to seeing everyone filled out.

Yeah you might be right about that. I haven't noticed that his right triceps looked like that before. I don't hope it's a recent injury.

Branch has brought his back and arms, shoulder up

Branch's right tricep and bicep is torn, his left bicep is torn.
And one of his lats is torn also I think.

After that he looks really good
Thats three or even four career ending injurys

I think they both look good and i dont see anything wrong w branches arms either. Mabye a slight genetic differance but nothing that will knock his placing at all. I think branch looks better of the 2, he set up to come in shredded, i wont be surprised if his condition is insane.

Well those guys are depleted for sure..lightning sucks,no color.I would say they look pretty good

Johnnie looks bigger and sharper! If he follow the same prep as last time he should be abit depleted there aswell, at the Ironman weigh-in (which i think was 1-2 days out) he said he hadn't filled up yet. So he might even bring a better look to the stage tomorrow! Let's hope so!

EDIT: Branch doesn't look impressive though, but let's wait til tomorrow and see..
