Even though we didn't go real heavy on deads the intensity was off the charts. Johnnie trains just as hard as any powerlifter that I have trained with and we really fed off each other. I really wish he lived closer so we could train together more often. Johnnie turned out to be a great guy, without the big pro bodybuilder ego that you hear about so often and the dude is thick as hell with crazy round muscle bellies and is legitimately strong as hell.

MuscleTech filmed the entire training session and it should be posted online by the end of the week. I will post it here when they tell me that it's up. Like I said while we didn't go ridiculously heavy the intensity was awesome. I'm sure you guys will love the footage. The pics from the shoot are going to be in Flex, MuscleMag and possibly in a few other mags as well.

Johnnie came out to train with me as another way to help himself prepare for a raw push/pull contest against big mouth bodybuilder Ben White. They are going to go head to head at the Mr. Olympia. I have no doubt that Johnnie will easily beat Ben and shut the guy up once and for all.
