Kinda hard to tell, I know nothing about what Ben can deadlift and I don't really know what JoJ can bench raw(or with the gear they will use).

It will probably be pretty close, but I think that JoJ will win it.

Johnnie should beat Ben White, He has actually deadlifted in contests. Not sure what ben white can pull, but i dont think he can go higher then 700

his form is not as good as krocss but he still handled the 300s better then branch warren was doing 250s.

i liked the dynamic of kroc training with a bodybuilder. id buy a dvd if it was a full dvd of kroc with johnnie jackson. If only to see the differences between a full blown bodybuilder and a top powerlifter. they would have to each have a go at each others sessions tho

Well, if you check Matt Kroc's youtube-page you'll se him rowing insane Db's!

I wasn't referring to the DB, which I've seen the vids of before, I as referring to the "SuperHuman" comment as being a bit rich.

I quite liked the video itself. Matt and JoJ are a good pairing and don't go the massive advert route. I'd look forward to more vids of them training.
