a bit smooth yes but hopefully he will look sharper on stage. still got the thickness in the chest, traps and back. and his legs coming along too though they still do not quite match his upper body. i hope he does well at the show.

Yes because of your grip you use on your deadlift... like with one palm up rather than the other having an effect on the erectors growing evenly?

^ I know what your saying but it could possibly be. The only problem is most guys who do that grip are powerlifters or people who do weightlifting and these guys never cut down so we can fully see the muscle. Personally i htink it could affect symmetry of the two muscles. I used to do that grip but I since stopped cause I felt it would affect symmetry. Thats my opinion but who knows.
