hey guys just wondered what sorta amounts of protein people take in daily to compare, i take in no less than 300grams most days.

It depends on your BW and type of diet. But I'll take about 160-180 grams a day

Doesnt it depend on what your goal is? what if you want to be building up?

Shouldnt it be 1.5 gram per bodyweight?

i feel 1.5-2 when bulking is a good amount you know your deifnately going to be getting enough

1g/lb of bodyweight on a bulk, excess will be stored as adipose tissue. 1.5-1.8g/lb of bodyweight on a cut to maintain muscle mass and prevention from catabolism.

I take in around 160-180g, bulking.

I really just make sure I get 30-40 grams in each meal while I bulk.

i take .75g per body weight ,feels good 4 me but most ppl like 1g-1.5g

That is pretty much what I do all the time. I will eat about every 3 hours so the longer I am up the more protein I will take in. I usually eat about 7 times a day so I end up some where between 210 to 280 grams a day, usually average around 220 to 230, it would be rare for me to be to 280 on a normal day.
