... Here we go again, who would have thought.
Anyway, I'm not surprised that Kai is disappointed he sets some pretty unreachable goals for himself at times. And I actually like the video. I think more pros should have a say, just like Kai did. You learn more about the individual then just seeing them eat and train.
And it's about time he gets a haircut. This is a good change.
