That might be the strangest of stance that I have ever seen someone have on stage. What exactly is he doing there? Did somebody tell him to get to the closest point before he completely falls over? Whatever it is, I am pretty sure that I would end up falling so I will leave it to the professionals to do these sorts of stances. I would like to see this incorporated more into today's competitions.

This is a very old school pose. In the silver era posing was remarkably different, and a lot more pleasing than today's frog like most muscular poses, or standing relaxed aeroplane poses.
