I’m trying to keep my supplement routine simple. Anybody here can give me basic supplements that you think are actually worth the money?

Keep it simple bro, creatine, enough protein, and maybe vitamin D if you're deficient. Most of the other stuff isnt really necessary if your diet is already solid.

creatine monohydrate, just the cheap plain kind, 3 to 5g a day. that’s the only one i’d say is a must.

Hey Keeptough here! I'd keep it to creatine monohydrate and protein powder if you're struggling to hit your protein target through food. Creatine is cheap, well researched, and actually has solid evidence behind it for strength and muscle gains.

Whey is more about convenience than anything. If you're already getting enough protein from meals, you don't really need it. Vitamin D might be worth considering if you're deficient, but I wouldn't spend money on a bunch of vitamins without knowing whether you need them.

I'd skip most BCAAs, testosterone boosters, and expensive pre-workouts. A lot of them cost more than they're worth. Better to spend that money on decent food.
