It's easy to get sloppy and comfortable with taking your blood for granted while on a cycle or even using Testosterone Replacement Therapy amounts of steroids. We're not talking about bloodwork and having your doctor send a sample to the lab to ensure that all your levels are optimal; that goes without saying. What we're referring to is to 'give' blood more often because there's a good chance that your blood test will show that your red blood cell count is higher than normal and your hemocrit/hemoglobin levels are also up. This is a very common negative side effect of running gear and one that can be avoided or easily corrected.

Simply giving blood every chance you get or having your physician 'drain' you every two months or so will help thin your blood to normal levels since steroids will thicken it. And with the blood clotting issues regarding the Covid vaccines, it is even more imperative that you stay on top of this. It literally is a matter of life and death and it is easy to suffer a blood clot - or even a stroke, for that matter - if your blood is too thick.

We are not telling you to go against the rules of the blood donation organizations because one of the questions that you must answer before they will accept you is that you have not used steroids, especially those not prescribed by a doctor. So in that case, you can ask your primary physician or make an appointment with a hematologist to take out a pint or so of blood from you to keep these levels where they should be.

If you are on a cycle and stacking different compounds, it is very important to keep that blood in check. There are even some steroids (such as boldenone for EQ) that have a tendency to make your blood even thicker than testosterone. So if you're stacking both of them, do not play games with your health. Your blood is going to thicken and the only way to rectify it is by draining some out. Even if you finish your cycle, that red blood cell count is already up. Giving a pint of blood will be an easy but vastly important action you need to take.

And if you have not done this in the past, you will even notice the difference as soon as you are finished. Your energy level will go up and you will simply 'feel better' after getting that thick blood out of your body.

Using steroids is not something to be cavalier about, even if you feel like a million dollars. Sure, that is why we use them - to feel great. But they will do some damage that can be limited with just a few simple habits, and one of the most important ion they should be giving blood on a regular basis.
