I think he's coming back cause his chances are greater that he'll win the Mr O with Ronnie outta the way.

Taking 4 years off from everything has probably done wonders for his receptors. Add in his natural genetics to add massive amounts of muscle, sprinkle in some chemicals and BAM....Mr O here we come.

Should be interesting to watch if he goes through with it.
