I wanted to start documenting my fitness journey in here and keep it real with where I’m at so other beginners can see the process from someone who’s also starting from square one.
I’m 23 years old 5’6” and a couple months ago I was sitting at 229 lbs. Not proud of it but that’s what happens when you’re stuck at a desk all day working 16 hour shifts.
Over the last couple months I found KGear. I’ve been using their Test (300mg week) and Reta (2mg every 6 days) while getting more serious about my health and I’m currently down to 196 lbs. That’s 33 lbs down so far and I've been feeling amazing with such an energy boost and more confidence in myself with already looking much better.
The next goal is getting down to 165 lbs. Once I get to that weight, I’m planning to add either Anavar or Winstrol into the mix to help me work toward the physique I ultimately want.
I’ll be posting weekly updates in here showing my progress, what I’m taking, and future orders from KGear. I also appreciate everyone who has helped me out.
