KGEAR WEBSITE FULLY STABILIZED AND SECURED
Wanted to make another official update for everybody because we know a lot of people have been following the situation closely over the past several days and waiting for final confirmation that everything has been fully resolved.
We are happy to announce that the website is fully online, fully operational, and running normally.
Over the course of the recent attacks, our team spent a significant amount of time strengthening infrastructure, upgrading backend protections, improving server level security, and implementing additional layers of defense throughout the platform.
Rather than simply restoring access as quickly as possible, the focus was making sure the platform came back stronger and more resilient than before.
That process required extensive testing, monitoring, infrastructure adjustments, and security upgrades to ensure long term reliability moving forward.
The result is a much stronger and more secure platform than what existed before the attacks began.
Current Status:
• Orders are processing normally
• Support is active
• Inventory remains fully stocked
• All normal operations have continued throughout this process and everything is now functioning as expected
We also want to thank everybody throughout the community who remained patient while the work was being completed.
The support, understanding, and positive feedback received throughout the situation did not go unnoticed.
One thing we have always believed is that communication and transparency matter just as much as reliability.
When issues arise, we believe in keeping the community informed instead of leaving people guessing.
The KGEAR community continues growing every day with athletes discussing recovery, bloodwork, cycle structure, training progression, nutrition, conditioning, performance optimization, and long term sustainability.
That type of environment is what helps build a strong and informed community over time.
We appreciate everybody who stood by us throughout the process and we look forward to continuing to provide the service, support, and reliability that the community expects moving forward.
