You can tell by looking at his arms and legs that his structure is not supposed to be a mass monster no matter how much he tries. The more he tries to get bigger the less appealing and less aesthetic his body becomes. He should have just done some slight improvements from the 01' Mr O and he would still be a top tier competitor IMO.
