Your legs are smaller then mine but like tim your arms are 4.5 inches bigger than mine lol. Crazy arm genetics. Your easily over 20% bf. Calliper readings that you had done to take you at whatever you said before were done by someone lacking experience or you've gotten bigger then what you were when they were taken.

why did you black out your face? :(

Yes i had gotten bigger but belive im in the high teens and i darked my face cuz Kn609 said that i made a funny face and i dont want you or natzo to make a avi out of it:bitenails:

There is no possible way you're in the high teens. I wasn't nearly that soft looking when I was 220 and I was right at 18-20%. Why are you so delirious to the facts?

Can you do a front lat spread so we can see your lat width better? And a front double bi to see how your v-taper looks.

Do both like you did your last photo, it gives us a better chance to critique.

So far:
*You do have a fairly high bf%.
*You have more weak points than strong points, ie. weak chest, thick waist, limited v-taper, no forearms or legs. This is not a good thing, huge arms do not make a physique.

What does your training program look like?

A normal 2 muscles groups a day training style

how can it be impossible i even have noticeable abs do you had abs like that when you were 220?

How many exercises per body part?

What exercises do you normally do?

There's obviously an imbalance in your training since you have so many weak points.

i do 2 or 3 exercises per body part mostly free weighs but i got to admit i dont train my body as hard as my arms

Not hard to beleive, just wanna see a pic lol. Pumped or cold?

There are some older pics in my log. I measured them after a workout, but they weren't pumped, so semi pumped is probably the term.
