I dont have anything to dispute your 31 inch waist (except that your back is only just wider then your waist but that wont tell me whether or not your waist is 31 inch) i can tell you if you dropped your bodyfat down from the 22-25%(i still think 25 but ill throw the 22 in there for tim) , your waist will come down even more! perhaps your waist will be slimmer then melvin anthonys! or perhaps you are already under the impression your waist is as slim as his?

That website seems bogus, i didn't read much into (how they tested bf) but from the second line id say have to add easily 5% onto all their figures. If blue shorts is 20% bf something ive been in the past I will eat anybodies hat.
