Reverse Smith: 70/10, 100/10'3'3 (16 rp) equal PB
(11-20 rp)
Neutral Grip Pulldown: 70/10, 90/7'3'2 (12 rp) new exercise
(11-15 rp)
T-bar row: 50/8, 70/10 (10 ss) equal PB
(10-12 ss)
wow, ive lost basically no strength for this session, and even went up 5 kgs on the smith press! yewwwwwwww!
i'll have to wait and see how the heavy stuff like rack deads cope from my lay off, but i might just get away with no loss of strength!
had to sit on the floor for pulldowns as my arms stop short of a full stretch. so i sat on the floor and got the gf to hold me down, so next time i might have to use the other pulldown machine so i can sit directly under the bar instead of back a bit like today!
keep it real meccaheads, ill be molesting everybody's logs come this weekend! so make sure your workouts are your best!
