****************** End of summer holidays season ! *****************
So fall is finally upon us and it’s time to get shredded or stay shredded while trying to stay cool and healthy. Fall is a tricky time for those of us who push the limits of muscle growth and training. We have dealt with the extra heat of summer which stresses us even more so than “normal” athletes. During the fall you still should up your water at least 25% to compensate for the heat and dry air as well as lingering dryness!.
After all the Olympia AND Halloween are just around the corner. Looking our best for stage and personal goals is why we do it BUT these good times are part of the joys that all the hard work and sacrifice we make in the pursuit of physical perfection pay off when we get to show out.

What we need to pay attention to during our fall cycles is, if you’re prepping odds are you gotta run what you need to win; but the rest of us can make adjustments to stay lean without taxing our bodies too hard. Not just staying more comfortable but optimizing fat loss and maintaining muscle mass. We ALL LOVE TREN, but come fall it’s generally time to drop the tren and it’s added heat, aggression, and night sweats for similarly effective compounds. The significance of getting and staying cut without the stress on the body cannot be understated. Let’s face it, summer was a blast but we tend to drink more alcohol and stay up late enjoying the bodies we’ve worked so hard for.
Now polishing them up and maintaining them for the fall requires getting it all right. So let’s throw together a quick fall combo that’ll do the trick without the tren headaches.
It’s a simple mix you can use, taking one or all based on your budget, in order of significance (test as your base obviously) then winstrol, masteron, anavar, and Provirion.
