Great vid Max. Always been a fan of Laynes and he is a real cool guy. Laynes a strong dude too being all natural. Ive emailed him a few times with some questions and he has been alot of help.

Word but he is all natural and has been lifting for a long time so he isnt ggoing to progress that much. I guess its liek the pros DVDs we always see them doing the smae weights.

Yeah. That's the only problem with DVDs. But Layne has been working on this one for quite a while if I recally correctly. It was supposed to be ready for the 08 ASC, but I couldn't find Layne when I went. Bummer.

I find it funny that bodybuilding has contests named "natural" and nobody does nothing to regulate steroid use in ordinary contests, which CLEARLY are drug filled xD
