Wow!

Lee looking good. Although I would have said he doesn't look 3 weeks out, maybe just crappy pic quality. I'm also guessing he won't be a 202 competitor if he still has 10kg to drop.

^^ mmmmm.... 9.5kg in 3 weeks means 3.16kg a week or 0.45kg each day.

Considering he weights 100kg, 0.45kg a day doesn't sound crazy to me.

^^ Generally they try to hit weight a week prior. Plus it would also risk losing muscle.

9.5kg in 14 days -> 0.66kg each day. I mean, maybe you're right, maybe I'm right but in any case I don't think he is behind schedule. My point is that, IMO, he could participate in the 202 class if he wants to.

Updates!

Lee is not competing at the Australian GP, he's still working on his comeback, and he will guest pose in mid April in Australia.

Lame...

He's been "coming back" for over a year now...I get the feeling we won't see Lee on a pro stage again

pretty lame... maybe he realised he was too fat to compete so soon. " work on his comebacK" he has the size, he just needs to "work on his diet".

If i remember correctly, he began working with dave one time but he couldnt handle the diet so he quit LMAO.

Didn't think he looked ready to compete yet.

Remind me again how quickly you came back from your major surgery to fix your arm :bball:

Injuries take time to recover, he clearly decided that (aside from his conditioning) his recovery wasn't were it needed to be to compete as yet. The guy has been in the sport for longer than most of the other guys around, I'd think he'd know about longevity.

I'm not saying he doesn't have his reasons....and you said it yourself his arm looks damn good considering the surgery. Obviously he's opted out because he won't be ready conditioning wise, i'm sure its not about his arm

Just sucks as a fan...I wanna see him on stage again

^

I think that goes for all of us. But he should really compete in the 202 class because he would dominate it! He probably feels that he can do better.

handle does not sound right, i remember reading an article about this and he responded saying that the diet was not for him, besides its not like he never comes out of condition, he always looks spectacular to say the least.

work on his diet? he used to drop 70lbs and come in peeled for comps :bullwhip:

He actually rarely came in with shredded glutes and there were many times where his quads were soft.. Lee said the diet was "not for him" but dave mentioned that he only tried it for a week or two, if i remember correctly, and quit daves diet. He may have gotten in better shape then with his own diet. He also rarely brought the crisp conditioning he had at a young age during his last years of competing.
