It took me years to learn this mostly because people do it at home that know, but light weight training works everything in the muscle sinews muscle tissue maximizing the development of the muscle and fat burning.

In fact if you go light enough say 5 lbs dumbbells you can work the muscle without tearing it to constantly stimulate it 3 or 5x a week.

This is like stupid forbidden body building science but if you use 10 15 20 lbs dumbbells you can increase the size of the muscle the same as heavier lbs with more reps and sets. This will of course give you a very shredded mass physique.
