Premise: Lock yourself in a gym and don’t leave until you’ve lifted one million pounds. No bed. No kitchen. Curfew at 11 p.m. Only added load counts—not machine weight. Day 2 adds a twist: no repeating Day-1 machines.

Game plan: Sub-failure sets (~RPE 7), straps early to save grip, and meticulous ledger tracking.

Fast Highlights

  • Start: 11:44 a.m. with 135 lb barbell rows; quick win on a Prime row (13,400 lb).
  • Double-stack pulldown “cheat code.” Big tonnage fast.
  • Trap-bar deads for volume, then a tour of six hack-/leg-machines (Atlantis/Waston/Prime/NewTech/Cybex/Nautilus).
  • Leg press: ~8,100 lb per set on Cybex.
  • Arm block: preacher curls (inefficient tonnage), dips (great on paper, but torched triceps and later limited chest work).
  • Shoulder insanity: 300-rep lateral raises on Seabum’s prep machine.
  • Farmer’s carries: 100s in each hand—83,200 lb total.
  • Midnight add-on: 100 pull-ups (≈19,500 lb).
  • Day-1 total: 451,693.4 lb.

Day 2: From Wrecked to Done

  • Sled drags: 222 lb × 832 steps = 184,704 lb.
  • Leg press + calf raises + push-ups superset (push-ups counted at 65% bodyweight = 126 lb).
  • Triage lifts: more laterals, chest press; Pit Shark attempt aborted—CNS fried.
  • Momentum combo: heavy preacher curl + dip machine, then 200 walking-lunge reps with a 50 lb sandbag (49,000 lb).
  • 900k crossed, then grind sets on leg press, chest press, and DB shrugs.
  • Finale: Pit Shark RDL—67 total reps across 3 sets to break the tape.
Totals: ~25 hours, 41 exercises, 156 sets. Grand total: 1,000,067.4 lb lifted. Lessons learned: Don’t gas triceps early if you’ll need chest later, farmer’s carries print tonnage, electrolytes matter, and grip will be the limiting factor.
