Looking for a good post workout supplement
besides Cellmass, and muscle tech stuff
not a protein post workout, i already have that
im looking for something to help out between my two day full-body workout
routine, besides me taking in 350-400grams of protein per day as of now
(oats, peanuts, natural peanut butter, meats, veggies)
im looking for something to help while im asleep, (not a ZMA supp, have one)

how is IGF-1 sprays ?

anyway, some help would be nice.
sorry if this thread is confusing, im high on caffeine (no D im not high off weed.. YET lulz)

IGF-1 spray? Why not just get IGF-1 Long R3? If its legit, it works pretty damn good.

maybe more, im eating like a pig....
i sit down watch tv, and notice i eat a hell of a lot more when doing so
grabbed a 3lb bag of Trail Mix (nuts, raisins etc) ate half it, 2-3protein shakes, a day, meats, 12-1.5lbs pasta, some milk, meats (varies), Chunky fully loaded soup (always eat the whole cans)

I tried BSN volumaize once, i guess the "pure" stuff would be better...

I have seen and read countless threads/ studies that once LR3 was attached that the IGF became completely useless.

I found volu-gro with some whey and oats was pretty damn good post workout. (its just waxy maize with some creatine thrown in, basically like torrent)

Also for the sleep supp. I recommend melatonin. cheap and knocks me out pretty quick.

I have seen and read countless threads/ studies that once LR3 was attached that the IGF became completely useless.

It depends. I read a few but the studies weren't up to par. They weren't in humans and other factors made the studies null and void in my eyes. Now I am not sure if they came out with new studies but the stuff worked for me. You can definitely tell its working if you get legit stuff.

well if you drink that shit right after workout thats cool, but steve eats powder every day and a lot. how many supps do you take right now, steve? 4-5? a day
