From Luke Sandoe: 5.5 years and countless meals and training sessions. I've come a long way with still miles of road ahead ' my first ever British finals in 201 2 to the 2018 indy pro. People only see the pics, not all the shit that happens between. The sacrifices, the missed family occasions, the ruined relationships and friendships etc. It doesn't have to be that way but it's all a learning curve when it comes to growing muscle as much as it does growing as a person. We all fuck up but we all can/do/be.
