OLD NEWS, yeah but as a Markus Ruhl fan, he was tired of I.F.B.B politics, besides he did not train as heavy as he get used to and lost pounds of muscle in his hamstrings, glutes and his back was not as sharp as 2002 to 2004, I mean Markus is not the same, his triceps diminished almost dissapearing (Why didn't he use synthol???), well, Markus is enjoying life with his personal projects opening a Gym and having a family????

yeah ruhl seemed to get punished for his mass monster status, while American giants got rewarded! Ruhl was easily a top 5 guy during his best years!
